Returns and Exchanges

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt.

Damaged/Defective items must be reported to us within 72 hours upon receipt.

We do NOT process refunds; store credit only will be issued for returns/exchanges for damaged items.

 

Cancellation

Once the order is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

 

Returns Process

All claims must be made within 72 hours upon receipt based on UPS tracking.

Claims must be made by email at info@rosemorecouture.com with the below information:

-Company Name

-Damaged Item Style number

-2 Pictures of the damaged item

 

Once the claim has been approved, you will receive an RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization) along with a Pre-Paid UPS shipping label.

 

Your Company name and RMA must be printed on the box to be accepted upon arrival.
